About this harvest
Flax Seeds (Aalas) comes from Dolakha, where farmers grow and process it the traditional way, without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides.
We buy each lot directly, clean and pack it by hand in Kathmandu, and send it out fresh. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
