How ordering works
There's no card payment on this site. You place the order, we call to confirm, and you pay when you're happy.
Place your order
Fill your basket and check out with your phone number and address. No card or online payment needed.
We call you
Our team calls within a few hours to confirm items, delivery time and how you'd like to pay.
We pack and deliver
Fresh stock is packed in Kathmandu and sent by our riders or courier partners across Nepal.
Pay on arrival
Pay the rider in cash, or by bank transfer, eSewa or Khalti. We email your receipt.
Ways to pay
Cash on delivery: pay the rider in cash.
Bank transfer: transfer or scan our bank QR after our call, quoting your order number.
eSewa / Khalti: scan our QR or send to our wallet ID after our call.
Delivery
Inside the Kathmandu valley, usually 1–2 days. Outside the valley, 3–5 days by courier. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 3000.
Your account
Your first order creates an account for you. Click the activation link we email you, choose a password, and you can track every order online.
